Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It cannot be damaged in any way and should be in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@achillesdesigns.com. If you could forward us your order confirmation email or text confirmation, that would be great. If you can't find that, email us with the name and address of who ordered the item along with the product that was purchased. This is so we can find your order in our system.
If your return is accepted, we’ll reply to you with how and where to send the shipping box containing our product.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for a return are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once you've received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This is so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
